Expect the Lord, do manfully, and let thy heart take courage, and expect the Lord.

Reflection

Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord. The verse says it twice — waiting is the hardest thing and the most important. The courage is not for the waiting itself but for the kind of waiting that does not give up.
